How do I purchase with cryptocurrency?
On a shop page you will see a button to pay with crypto, press on it and follow the instructions, to make a payment you need a crypto wallet or a an account on a crypto exchange and of course cryptocurrency.
Is my transaction secure?
Yes, both our site is under SSL encryption and our payment processor Sellix has some of the best online security.
What cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept the 20 cryptocurrencies, including the most popular ones, as well as Binance Pay (Binance is a crypto exchange, if you pay with Binance you can use any of the hundreds of the cryptocurrencies that Binance has).
Can I get a refund in cryptocurrency?
The refund will be in the cryptocurrency that you used to pay, to the same address, with little exceptions (like if the crypto is having issues or you agree with us a different payment scheme).
How are transaction fees handled?
You have to choose a cryptocurrency that has low payment/transaction fees, if you pay with Bitcoin it will be a bit more expensive to you than if you try and pay with Litecoin or Dai.
Also if you pay with Binance Pay or Nano there are no transaction fees.
On a sidenote we will provide more payment options, some with no transaction fees, so the price will be smaller.
What is the confirmation process for transactions?
Its the standard, only when the payment is fully confirmed in the network will the service be put in the pipeline to be supplied, but since most of Levou.com services take some time, the time to confirm payment is not that important, unless its taking days.
What happens if we don’t pay the full amount, because of gas fees and such?
We will accept the payment as good if the difference is small (a few cents), if the difference substantial we will ask for an additional payment or provide a refund.
Are there any exchange rate risks?
Not on payment, whatever was the price of the cryptocurrency at the time of the payment we will accept it, as an example: you pay 20$ in LTC but LTC devalues after 2 days and now we only have 18$ in LTC, there is no issue here.
However if there is a return, you might have exchange rate risks or not depending on what cryptocurrency you used, using the same example we would return the 18$ in LTC and not the 20$.
How do I set up a crypto wallet?
There are different kinds of crypto wallets, you can install one on your mobile, or sign up to a crypto exchange and use the crypto exchange wallets, you can find more info here on what are crypto wallets and this is also a helpful video.
